Instructions for Oral / Poster presentations:

The preliminary scientific program includes 35 oral communications of 15 minutes each, plus 3-5 minutes for questions and answers and a poster session, on Tuesday 27^th November, from 11h 10 through 11h 50.

 Oral Communications: Overhead projectors (for transparencies) and computer display on the screen are available.  Speakers are kindly requested to inform the organizing committee (rpc2001@lipc.fis.uc.pt), in advance, of the facilities they will need for their presentation.

 Poster Session: The poster panel size is 145 cm (height) by 115 cm (wide). Posters should be displayed on Monday, 26^th November, in the morning and should remain displayed up to the end of the Workshop.

 In order to post the presentations at the web-site of the Workshop, authors of both oral and poster presentations having an electronic version of their presentation, are kindly requested to bring it to the Workshop (floppy disk, CD or URL address) or send it by email to the organizers. Otherwise a xerox copy of the presentation is requested.
